Alejandro has been fishing from a kayak for 5 years, time that has helped him to focus in finesse tactics which he employs often in his home lake, Zirahuen. He has participated in several tournaments in Mexico and currently his personal record largemouth bass, caught from a kayak, stands at 14 lbs 10 oz. Alejandro also focuses his efforts on big bass, for which he employs different tactics. During 2010, he caught 5 bass over 10 lbs from his kayak.
